(1-24 of 24)It will make your recruitment process immediately better.
- Great integrations. Works with multiple job boards.
- Very good import capability, can parse data from our uploads in excel format.
- Clean interface, it didnt take us long to learn how to use it.
- Very customizable. You can set it up to work the way you want it to.
- I can never get the mobile app to work properly, it just crashes constantly on my Android
- Sometimes one of my integration will stop working and I will have to disconnect and reconnect.
- Having both ATS & CRM in the same software allowing hiring professionals to make it more personal while allowing them to fully guide every step.
- Modest pricing great for smaller growing businesses to begin with especially with a free version that provides more than what a lot of others provide without paying extra.
- Zoho is known for top notch support and customer service especially after their explosion in 2016. They also provide 24/5 customer support for any shift at any company Monday - Friday.
- The software is very small business friendly considering other alternatives however, even for enterprises that can afford their higher tiers they bring a substantial amount of add-ons for aswell.
- The amount of storage available for the software in the free version can be very limiting especially for a business that's needing to grow but hasent chosen to pay for a software yet or is simply trying to see what software will scale best with their business it really.limits that ability.
- Having to pay extra for specific add-ons even with some of their paid tier's such as mass emails, API calls, or a designated client portal is kind of a let down. However, with a software that streamlines from beginning to end in one package I understand their decision for that.
- There are some aspects of the software such as the career site for your employees that is not available or only has limited features based on the paid level that you currently have. This is disappointing to me due to the amount of add-ons that have to be paid for even if your an enterprise with their highest paid tier, I feel they could integrate some of those add-ons in exchange for allowing lower level tiers to be able to have full access to those certain features of the sites.
- CRM
- Emailing
- Inbound Marketing tools.
- Invoicing tools.
- Support is not that much good.
- It's not too much mobile friendly.
Great For Startups and Small Agencies
- Allows for unlimited job postings. While there may be other bells & whistles with other ATS's, we've stayed with Zoho Recruit for this top reason- we can post as many jobs as needed, at the same time. No need for reshuffling job postings. This saves us a lot of time.
- Manages the staffing agency workflow process. Where staffing agencies differ from HR Team, Zoho Recruits' staffing agency technology allows us to jump right into managing our workflow with a technology that is already set up to support how we need to do this.
- Connecting clients to candidates, managing emails, scheduling interviews - all in on place. We have the capability to use the software in a way where we don't need to work outside of it- from posting the job to managing the offer details, we can do all of it in ZohoRecruit.
- Integrations- Zoho Recruit does work to add on additional integrations with job boards, etc.
- User Interface - It's a bit outdated, and can use significant refreshing. Having the ability to train our new team members on an easier-to-use UI would save us a lot of time. Although Zoho adds on new features, their UI isn't the best to work with.
- Career Site - Very limited. Without having to hire a developer, the average user is stuck with the limited functionalities of Zoho Recruit's career site. There is no option for our candidates to sort through jobs, we have limited UI control on the layout experience, no room for video, etc.
- Mobile app- The app has very limited functionality and does not allow us to manage the entire recruiting process via mobile. And at times it crashes or freezes.
Zoho Recruit may not be the best for larger agencies or a team with employees that rely heavily on mobile to manage their recruiting process. The app has very limited functionality, and the desktop site is not up to date with its responsiveness and user-friendly options.
It's a Go Go for Zoho!
- Very simple user-interface.
- Database management is well organized.
- Background screening is key.
- Applicant tracking is great.
- Lack of external facing customer portals.
- More elaborate customization of pipelines.
- Greater range of email templates.
Zoho Recruit for internal recruitment
- workflow management
- database management
- automation
- there's too many modules/ functions
- psychometric evaluations nor available
- tech support
- Like other HR-based services, Zoho Recruit allows you to track the behavior of candidates during the execution of your hiring process, so that you can create constant notes of any problems that may arise and that may prevent a proper job.
- The relationship between employers and candidates can be measured, which is excellent for creating reports on the development of each hiring process, and employees can then be evaluated on their ability to manage and communicate correctly with each candidate under their direct care.
- Hiring sessions can be recorded using a variety of methods. It does not necessarily have to be done using an audiovisual recording tool (which is possible through different integrations) but a convenient recording system that allows you to note down important data, and where even the candidate's photographs can be saved.
- We believe that some features of Zoho Recruit's support service could be improved, although this is probably a general service by the Zoho team for all their programs. The staff is not sufficiently explanatory, and therefore we have not been able to meet our expectations for troubleshooting.
- We like that using Zoho Recruit is so convenient, and that it interfaces well with the other services that the entire Zoho suite has to offer: Zoho Recruit is a good alternative for human resources, which shows a reliable and easy-to-manage operability, so that all registration and follow-up processes are simple.
- Zoho Recruit has difficulty integrating with other services that are not directly part of the Zoho suite, which is demonstrated by wanting to use a funnel management based CRM to include employee information, and Zoho Recruit's platform not allowing it because it doesn't meet some integrations beyond their suite.
- You can't create portals where people can post their resume and quick contact information, and this can be a bit limiting for those who directly need employees to send their information to an easily accessible service where it can be conveniently reviewed and separated from the rest.
- In terms of deployment, Zoho Recruit does not have such good adaptability when working from mobile, as evidenced by its application tracking function with the mobile version of the Zoho Recruit website, which does not let you send direct messages to candidates because the platform is closed unexpectedly.
- Managing interview candidate
- Managing the evaluation process

Great Job Applicant Management Software
- Pushing job postings to multiple sites.
- Managing the applicants in a central location.
- Helps with recruiting communications and tracking.
- Great to track resumes submitted.
- I wish this also had the ability to manage employees once they are hired.
Zoho Recruit is helpful for you
- Job posting
- Tracking prospects
- Managing the interviewing process between departments
- Termination process tracking

Zoho Recruit gets the job done in organizing my candidates!
- Easy-to-use interface.
- Organizing applicants and candidates.
- Reminding me to reach back out to candidates at a particular time.
- Doesn't download every resume properly if it is weirdly formatted.
- Hard to add a resume to current candidates.
- I can set reminders, but it doesn't send me an email on it like ATS's I've used in the past.
Zoho Recruit - A great tool for small teams and large.
- Lists - can quickly generate lists based on criteria.
- Saved documents - Zoho catalogs resumes and cover letters for easy retrieval with a date stamp on when they were received.
- Being able to code candidates allows them to be searchable and listed by skill and location.
- When searching for a name, it brings up much too broad of a list.
- Adding candidates from LinkedIn sometimes has a lengthy delay and takes up to 2 minutes to be able to search from them, though I have found a workaround by navigating to the home page to find activity of adding a candidate.
- Would be helpful if it were more intuitive with adding duplicates.
Best Resume Tracking Tool for anyone serious about being professional in their Recruitment process
- Zoho Recruit provides automated workflows that be defined to trigger emails for changes in the pipeline stage of a candidate.
- Zoho Recruit provides the ability to create email templates that can be triggered from the candidates profile without having to retype them.
- Zoho Recruit enables resume parsing from doc, docx and pdf files which automates the data entry of candidates.
- Zoho Recruit allows for the creation of a simple career website with the open job positions auto populating from the application onto the site.
- Zoho Recruit allows for the creation of vendor portals enabling you to better manage the flow of resumes from recruiting vendors.
- Zoho Recruit should allow for customization of pipelines based on department/role to be hired.
- Zoho Recruit should allow for customization of the vendor portal allowing the vendor to type in key data points about candidate profiles that are typically not found on the resume, such as notice period, current salary and expected salary.
- Zoho Recruit could simplify the blueprinting process built into the tool which allows for smooth flow of candidates through the system.
Great to know the right person to get the job done
- Easy to use and very intuitive to the user.
- Very nice dashboard makes it easier for the user to make decisions.
- The price is very affordable
- Sometimes the integration with other software is suspended and connected again later.
- The customize phase of the software should be easier.
- The editing is still restrictive.
Best HR solution for your startup
- Job posting, linking a candidate to the job, and parsing use directly.
- Posting a job to a third party app like Naukri.com and Indeed, etc., directly from the application platform.
- Customizing candidate forms for the various types of job vacancies.
- Well-managed pipeline structure which helps to map the overall process of recruitment.
- Scheduling interviews
- Control over the candidate activity like blocking their logins for preventing misuse.
- There should be more customization options for making our own pipeline for recruitment
- Need to add feedback forms for each progress and interview. We struggled over a year to capture feedback of an interview
- Need to improve assessment capabilities, like include more features
- Unclear if we can decide pipeline for each and every job
- Unclear what we should do if we make slight changes to our selection process
- Support team needs to improve support.
Why Zoho can help your small to midsize company grow
- Zoho's easy to use resume database and tracking system has helped manage a lot of data. Its ease of use and full function - I will need as I grow.
- Job board posting and client track is another great feature. It truly allows me to go from first contact to hires using the system.
- I will say the staff and support team have always been quick to reply and very helpful.
- I think it's easy to use, but can be a bit daunting learning how to use it. I highly suggest reading all of the help links they offer to get used to the system.
Great functionality at a great price
- Phrasing CVs/resumes well is critical. To key in all this information takes a long time, zoho recruit does it accurately and usually in less than 30 seconds.
- Adding relevant notes on the fly is great, it's easy to do and easy to retrieve.
- It's just so easy to use, it's great. No fancy frills, it just does everything well and and very quickly.
- It's great value for money.
- Perhaps I would like the dashboard to be a little easier to read, easier on the eye.
- I would like to be easier to update data job data to social media sites.
- More templates for standard emails, etc.
If you want to contact and interact with a candidate it is easier to do it through regular email rather than through the system.
A great buy for the money
- Ease of implementation compared to other ATS/CRM platforms out there.
- Careers page was very easy to set up compared to other ATS/CRM platforms out there which literally require advanced programming skills to implement.
- Zoho Recruit talks to all other Zoho products like CRM, Invoice, Accounting, etc., - Easily integrates with third-party tools like Phone Bridge, etc., - Is a great value for the money as they do not charge you extra for this feature.
- My personal feeling is that the Zoho CRM could just be included as a module into Zoho Recruit as a scaled down feature compared to the full blown capabilities of the CRM alone.
- Zoho should work to expand more job board integration.
- Radius search currently lacking :-( but on the roadmap to be delivered early next year :-) Lacks integration with finance software. Some fields are locked down and can't be re-labelled but to be fair this is minimal. Skill setting needed some tweaking but happy with where we have got to with that now!
- Radius search currently lacking and this is definitely important tool to have.
The best bang for your buck
- Posting my positions to free job boards
- Easy to fill forms
- Easy to market my positions
- Allow a sales tracking system to be implemented
- [Add] marketing management, newsletters and other stuff recruiters need to do to stay "top of the mind" for their clients.
- Ability to manage my newsletter and my marketing towards my clients on Zoho
Zoho Recruit A Must Try For ATS

- Fully customizable and easy to set up
- Intergraable with the HR platform Zoho People
- Need better technical support like the CRM for premium paying customers
- The abilty to shrink the screen to real time size automaticlly

Great ATS for a small recruitment agency
- Easy to implement and use.
- Low price.
- Great dashboard.
- Job site can be more detailed.
- Bulk mail function can be better.
Zoho Recruit: It could have been good
- CV parsing
- Clients and candidates follow up
- Automatization of tasks
- Customer support
- Reliability
- Job website
Absolutely the best bang for your recruiting buck
- Cost as a Third Party Recruiter - We have researched hundreds of ATSs suitable for a third party recruiter and we love Zoho because it does nearly everything it's bigger competitors do at a quarter of the cost.
- Automated emails - in particular we use the automatic e-mails functionality all the time, which you can associate with a particular status for candidate. So any recurring e-mail text can be set up to link to a particular phase of the recruiting process, or anything you want actually, and then any candidate status can be changed to automatically send them the e-mail.
- Job boards - Zoho has excellent options when it comes to posting on job boards. It integrates with indeed.com, Although you do have to pay indeed separately. And it posts to other free job boards automatically like glassdoor.com.
- Ease of use - Zoho is very easy to set up and maintain in terms of integration with your website. You don't even need technical skill, and it can filter all the Jobs and list them in whatever way you want.
- Customizable - one of our favorite things is how customizable Zoho is. From the application form and individual fields to the layout of job listings to particular steps in the recruiting process that you need, you can change anything to suit your needs.
- Support - whenever anyone has a question, or (rarely) a problem, Zoho email support responds usually within hours of an inquiry.
- Updates and improvements - with their new candidate login capability (due out any day now) and (later) automatic job alerts to candidates Zoho will have absolutely everything a recruiter could want.
- Mass email - the mass email is a bit cumbersome to set up - you have to set up a new template, then in a separate place set up a filter for the emails, then put it all together and send the email. It takes about 15-20 minutes when it would be nice if it was easier and quicker. When they introduce job alerts (I'm told in a few months time), the automatic job alerts to candidates will relieve some of the mass email necessity, so that will be helpful.
- Email integration - the email client attached to Zoho isn't very user friendly, it would be useful if Zoho had a plug-in to permit seamless integration with external email clients, like Outlook or MacMail.
- Invoicing - Zoho has no integration or capability to track what happens with clients once a candidate is placed. It would be nice if we could somehow track the fee for a candidate and the total fees we need to charge each client. Or, better yet, if it integrated with an external invoicing tool like Freshbooks.
